**No-Show Policy: In an effort to protect my time, if you do not show up to your appointment you will be charged 50% of the service cost or a 25% service fee. Whichever is greater for the service that was scheduled.

**No-shows do not get rescheduled**

**24-Hour Cancellation Policy: I understand that life circumstances happen that are often out of your control, with that said we do have a 24-hour cancellation policy. If you need to cancel your appointment within 24 hours of the scheduled time you will be subject to a cancellation fee of 25% the 1st time this may occur and then 50% of the service will be charged if it is a regular reoccurring issue. To help you with this I send out appointment reminders 48 hours in advance, if you need to reschedule or cancel please use the online portal or call/text me. If you cancel and remove your card on file the fee MUST BE PAID before any future appointments will be scheduled.
